What it is and who it's for.

Home Senior is home insurance adapted for people over 60. In fact, from age 60 your home insurance automatically becomes Home Senior: the same protection as always, now with the attention and services designed for this stage of life.

It has all the cover of a good home policy, but geared towards what really matters at this age: feeling supported, having someone who responds quickly when a problem comes up, and having guidance for the situations that come with age. It's also the insurance many children take out for their parents, to feel reassured knowing that if something happens at home, someone helps straight away.

How I work: I explain everything calmly and with no jargon, to you or to your family. We adjust the home and the cover together, and I leave you my direct contact for whatever you need.

Fire, explosion and lightning, water damage with leak location, theft inside the home, storage room and garage, and breakages.

Civil liability

If you cause damage to someone else, with legal defence included.

24h assistance with priority attention

Emergency plumbing, locksmith, glazing and electrical work, with priority handling of incidents, plus handyman service.

Social guidance and personal support

A phone service that informs and supports you about telecare, home help, day centres, care homes, dependency and social resources.

Looking for it for your parents?.

Often the person taking out this policy isn't the older person themselves, but a child or family member who wants their parents well looked after at home. If that's your case: I explain it all to you and handle everything, with minimal paperwork. Your parents have one point of contact — me — and priority attention if a fault or emergency comes up at home.

Social guidance helps you both when questions come up about support, dependency or services. It's a simple way to feel reassured knowing that, if something happens, they're not alone.
