I have more than two decades of experience in business management, client relations and comprehensive customer care. Over the years I've developed something I consider essential in my profession: the ability to understand each person's real needs and build lasting relationships of trust.
Today I apply all that experience to the insurance world, where I specialise in designing personalised solutions and comprehensively managing policies, supporting my clients from the first enquiry through to resolving any matter during the life of the contract.
