How quickly does Micol reply?
Usually within 24 business hours. If you message me on WhatsApp outside working hours, I'll reply as soon as my day starts.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. Telling me about your situation and getting a proposal costs nothing and involves no commitment. You decide, in your own time, once you've seen it.
Do you only work in my area, or across all of Spain?
I'm based in Elche (Alicante) and I work with clients across all of Spain. The whole process — from our first conversation to signing a policy — can be handled entirely by phone, video call, WhatsApp or email, with no need to travel. And if you're nearby and prefer it, we can meet in person.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To start, just tell me which insurance interests you and your age (or the ages of the people to be insured) and I can already guide you. The rest of the details are only needed later, if you decide to move forward.
Which languages can you help me in?
I look after clients personally in Spanish, Italian and English, whether by phone, WhatsApp or email. Write to me in whichever feels most comfortable for you.
What if the insurance I'm looking for isn't in the dropdown?
Write to me anyway: the dropdown lists the most requested policies, not everything I can arrange for you. Choose «Other / not on the list» and tell me what you need, or first take a look at all the insurance.
Do you only work with individuals, or with self-employed people and businesses too?
Both. Alongside the insurance for you and your home, I arrange cover designed for people who work for themselves and for businesses: accidents for the self-employed and entrepreneurs, civil liability, retail premises and residents' associations. Tell me what you do and we'll see what fits, or take a look first at Business & Commerce insurance.
What do you do with the details I leave in the form?
I use them only to reply to you and prepare your proposal. They aren't shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary: the insurance company, only if you decide to take out a policy, and the technical providers that help me run this website. I keep them for as long as I need to look after you, and you can ask me to delete them whenever you like. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
