How quickly does Micol reply?
Usually within 24 business hours. If you message me on WhatsApp outside working hours, I'll reply as soon as my day starts.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. Telling me about your situation and getting a proposal costs nothing and involves no commitment. You decide, in your own time, once you've seen it.
Do you only work in my area, or across all of Spain?
I work with clients across all of Spain. The whole process — from our first conversation to signing a policy — can be handled entirely by phone, video call, WhatsApp or email, with no need to travel.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To start, just tell me which insurance interests you and your age (or the ages of the people to be insured) and I can already guide you. The rest of the details are only needed later, if you decide to move forward.
Which languages can you help me in?
I look after clients personally in Spanish, Italian and English, whether by phone, WhatsApp or email. Write to me in whichever feels most comfortable for you.
What if the insurance I'm looking for isn't in the dropdown?
Write to me anyway: the dropdown lists the most requested policies, not everything I can arrange for you. Choose «Other / not on the list» and tell me what you need, or first take a look at all the insurance.
